We are pleased to report the 2025 return of our League Team ONLY tournament series. We had a lot of success in 2024 with the series, hosting as many as 30 recreational league teams in our final event and we have teams asking for the dates this season so here we go!
If you’ve thought about entering your team in a tournament but are a little reluctant because of the heavy competition you sometimes find in tournament ball, this is something you should probably discuss with your coaching staff and parents for this season. For League only tournaments, we invite exclusively recreational league teams from 3&2 and peer leagues in Blue Valley, Olathe, The J, Field of Dreams, Lee’s Summit, KC, North Kansas City, Blue Springs, Raytown, and smaller more rural areas around us. In 2025, we will also be opening this invitation up to league friends to the north of us in Omaha! These are “invitational” tournaments so…this is your invitation!
League-only tournaments are priced lower than traditional tournament ball, offer new but balanced competition with teams from comparable leagues as 3&2’s and other Crown League members. We play league rules with players from league rosters so there’s nothing too different to prepare for there. We supply the baseballs. We work around your playing conflicts best we can. We plan on doing game MVPs, All tournament Team recognition, and awards for the champs and runner’s up in each division.
This is an independent tournament series hosted by 3&2 so there are no national sanctioning fees, extra insurance to buy, or any of that. Just a straight up 3-game guarantee tournament experience for you to offer your kids equal to or better than club ball players playing anywhere in Kansas City. Your kids deserve all the possible experiences that baseball offers and tournament ball is one of those experience that can be a blast win or lose. It’s also a way to get some extra games in for faster development and playing time.
