How to Reschedule a Game
*8.33 If a team cannot field a legal team (8.05 b) to play a scheduled game the team manager must notify The Club and the opposing manager a minimum of three business days prior to the scheduled date of the game. (a) Failure to do so will cause the game to be forfeited
- Contact your opponent. (2026 Spring/Summer Managers Master)
- Review the on-line Master GRID Schedule for your age group. Find a time slot marked with "RO" on a field that is age appropriate for your team. That "RO" cell is an available slot for you to reschedule a game. Any time slot that has an "X" is not available.
- Master Schedule Grid (Make note of the 2 tabs at the top of the sheet for age ranges)
- Once both managers agree on a time slot, contact the league office at [email protected] to move it on the official league master schedule. Please include team numbers when requesting a change.
Example change request:
I am the manager of team 123. I have collaborated with the manager of team 124 on a game change.
Original game: 6/1/2021 at 6pm on field 8
Proposed game: 6/3/2021 at 6pm on field 9
Please confirm this change and update our schedules.
The schedule cycles several times a day so the update will appear on the individual schedules soon after the change is made.
