3&2 is on the move and in search of a Program Manager to add to our baseball operations team. Here are the basics of the role. This is a full time, salaried position.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the league for winter programs (30-75 teams).
Manage practice field assignments for teams both on and off property.
Place league free agents on teams in need or coordinate and create new teams for league.
Fee collection and tracking.
Support and be an administrative liaison for the umpire assigning team. Make sure the schedule and assignments are in synch.
Distribute awards to sites and staff communication upon delivery from vendor about awards plan.
Scheduling of any games that need to be moved due to conflict or rainout and subsequent communication to teams and all staff as appropriate.
Summarize weekly schedule and communicate to staff.
Manage field supervisory staff at East and West Complexes.
Manage and monitor the program registration forms on web site(s) for all programs.
This typically includes league, camps, tournaments, and special events.
Author and manage the master schedule and manager’s list for Johnson County and Greenwood.
Support the league operations at Hitt Park in Greenwood.
Regularly contribute to social media streams and website with content.
Manage team equipment inventory, distribution, and retainment.
Provide excellent customer service and support in person in the office, phone and email.
