Do not send the scheduling link to parents, it is only for coaches or managers
Please only register for one appointment per team
- When signing up, pay attention to which location pictures will be hosted. Photographers will only be at those locations those days.
- Please have parents arrive 10 minutes before appointment so athletes and parents don’t feel rushed.
- Below is the link to purchase, please forward it to parents. Every child will need a paper we notate image frames to tie orders to children, so please encourage parents to order in advance and bring their printed receipt to turn in to the photographer.
- Head Coaches, please check in at least 5 minutes before your photo time to complete a team info sheet.
- Photos will be mailed to each athlete home in about 4-5 weeks depending on photo lab production times, and USPS.
