3&2 is pleased to host our league coaches meeting this season back in person, and this year we want the whole team to come! That’s right, no school auditorium or cafeteria this year. The leagues will meet Tuesday, March 29th at Main Event from 5:30-8 PM (see schedule below) Main Event is located at 11950 N Kansas City Rd, Olathe, KS 66061 next to Bass Pro. Team Managers/coordinators (or their representatives) will have our business meeting (~45-60 mins) in a nice conference room space on site, while the team can take advantage of the Main Event facility for a super fun and productive pre-season team activity. If you’d like to make this a team event, you are welcome to come any time after 5PM and stay as long as the kids are having fun. Here’s the schedule for the manager’s meeting portion of the evening:
- T-ball/Kindergarten Managers: 5:30 PM-6:15 PM (Equip./uniform/award distribution, schedule, & general business)
- 1st-2nd Grade Machine Pitch Mgrs: 6:20 PM-7:05 PM (Uniform distribution, schedule, & general business)
- 3rd-8th Grade Managers: 7:10 PM – 8 PM (League rule changes, schedule, & general business)
A portion of game play and other activities that night will be donated back to the program!
