3&2 is pleased to announce a fun change in our traditional recreational “3&2 league team only” tournament series in 2026. This season, we have partnered with Little League (under a charter through RADs) and thus all events in this series this year will be sanctioned (or connected) with Little League.

What does that mean? First, we will be playing these events by Little League rules. Second, games played between teams in other Little League sanctioned Leagues from Kansas, Missouri, or elsewhere count towards player and game totals necessary for certain levels of team and player eligibility and advancement to other Little League events.
Note: Teams not participating in a Little League sanctioned league can play a maximum of 3 of events in this series.
Though sanctioned by LL, your rec team does not need to be affiliated in any way to Little League to play in these events. When you register however, you will need to enter your roster of players. Again, these events are designed to be a little more recreational than other area tournaments with the added structure of Little League. If your team is more on the competitive side, we have tournament options for you on other non-Little League tournament platforms on the same weekends.
Since becoming a Little League sanctioned League in 2026 for our 12U/6th Grade divisions, 3&2 is trying to create opportunities through this series for 7U-12U teams to play a slightly different rule set, slightly different equipment (USA Bats), and to train and deepen our bench of officials to umpire these games for years to come.
You’ll also find this tournament series is value priced, flexible with out-of-town teams traveling in, competitively balanced with other like-skilled teams, refundable in full or part if cancelled for any reason, and seeks to provide all the cool things that create memories for ball players in tournaments at all levels of play.
